There have been changes to the bunker surcharges in Europe.
Surcharges from 27th of January 2010 are as follows:

AREA	BUNKER SURCHARGE
Continental Europe	34,90 %
UK and Ireland	33,00 %
Sweden and Norway	27,20%
Denmark	33,90 %
Baltic countries, Ukraine, Belarus	27,20 %
Russia	12,90 %
Finland	12,05 %
