E-services, registered clients

Track&Trace
Registered clients can make new bookings and  follow up their shipments (Northbound and Southbound) by their own reference, date, consignee name etc. You can check shipment status and print out PODs.

UserID and password can be obtained from: login(at)varova.fi

Our home page’s latest news -service is open for all. News are divided into three groups: 
- Freight surcharges
- Trafic notices - news and information issues, which can affect transports
- News corner 
 
Request for quotation
Both non-registered and registered clients can make requests for offer.

Freight calculator
This function can be requested from your contact person in our sales. Calculator shows your offered price to a specified shipment. If needed, prices can be also printed out.

Transport assignment
Besides the traditional ways, transport assignment can also be made electrically in Track&Trace -service (in English) and in customer portal (in Finnish).

Interactive advicing
You can get arrival notice (import) and departure notice (export) through our e-services. 

Shipment status reports and signed waybills are also available in Varova's e-services.

Electronic invoicing
Available for contract customers.
